Zoom $ZM IQ, Contact Center and Phone Boost Enterprise Growth
I'll admit I was a little skeptical about $ZM Zoom's ability to move into other verticals so quickly but if their most recent quarterly is anything to go by, their new products appear to be well received by the market.
These products geared toward Enterprise clients have helped them deliver an 18% QoQ increase to 204,100 clients, with 3,116 of these clients delivering in excess of $100,000 TTM each, up 37% QoQ.
Let's take a look at each product, starting with Zoom IQ;
In a nutshell, it takes the data collected from each Zoom meeting and publishes it meaningful metrics that help sales and marketing teams execute better.
Zoom Contact Center
Geared towards enterprise users, the Zoom Contact Center provides a centralized dashboard for contacts, chat, calls, phones and meetings.
Zoom Phone
Cloud-based phone system for enterprise teams. Doesn't appear to be anything fancy here, but the integration with the core zoom product makes this a logical extension for clients.
Zoom Cash Flow
Interestingly, Zoom appears to be investing heavily in its enterprise products with cash flow taking a bit hit during the quarter, down to $222.1m from $455m in the previous quarter.
