Armada Hoffler Properties reports strong 2022 performance with promising outlook 
Current Analysis:
Armada Hoffler Properties reported a stable operating property portfolio comprised of 38 retail properties, 9 office properties, and 10 multifamily properties as of December 31, 2022. The company sees robust growth potential in attractive markets throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States.
